Reese’s Spreads

I received a Reese’s Spreads VoxBox from Influenster to review.  Inside there was a jar of Reese’s new peanut butter chocolate spread.  I love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups so I was very excited to try out this new spread.

Let me start out by saying my whole family was excited to try out this product.  I was barely able to take pictures for my blog before my family was digging in to try the Reese’s Spreads.  We all tried it and we all loved it!  This spread is like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in a jar.  If you love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups this spread is for you.  You can add that delicious flavor to so many different things.  We already finished off our jar of Reese’s Spreads.  We ate most of it either on animal crackers or toast.  My favorite way to eat it was on toast with my morning coffee.

The Reese’s Spreads has a mostly smooth consistency with a bit of texture to it.  It tastes like peanut butter and chocolate just like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.  Some recommended pairings for this spread include: pretzels, fruit, pita chips, banana chips, vanilla wafers, and bacon.  

You can use this spread in recipes as well.  I found a few that I definitely want to try and have them on a Pinterest board.  You can check out my board here.  As soon as my family and I finished our Reese’s Spreads, they were already asking me to buy another jar.  This is something we will definitely be buying and using again.  The Reese’s Spreads come in 13oz. jars and sell for $3.89.  You can find them at food, mass, convenience, and drug stores nationwide.
