Day 18 of the 31 Day Challenge calls for Half Moons. The first half moon manicure I ever saw was in an Avon brochure. It was blue and silver. I loved it and have wanted to recreate it ever since I first saw it.
I started with my base coat then added Pure Ice Silver Mercedes. When that was completely dry, I used hole
reinforcements to the top of my nails. I
then painted my nails with China Glaze Sexy In The City and then immediately
removed the hole reinforcements. I
let my nails dry then added a top coat.
I am so
happy I finally recreated this manicure.
I love the blue and silver. These
two nail polishes are so pretty.
